Rates decision for BOE and ECB

Focus of all traders today will be in the rates decision for Bank of England (BOE) and Euro Central Bank (ECB). Both are expecting to keep rate unchanged. So, if there is with some unexpected changing , mean the market will really move. We shall see later.
